Akmodel Group Managing Director, Builder (Dr.) Abdulhakeem Odegade congratulates Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi, on the arrival of his twins.
In his goodwill message, Dr. Odegade greeted Ooni the Ojaja 11 and said; “We are happy for the blessings of God on the royal family. May this addition bring you double joy, love, and prosperity.”
He prayed that the children will grow up to be embodiment of finest qualities of royalty and lead the kingdom to even greater heights.
Dr. Odegade also thanked God for keeping mum and twins safe, praying for abundant health , strength, and joy for Ooni and his Queen.

Akmodel MD Speaks On International Day of the Boy
Naijanewsngr reports that Builder (Dr.) Abdulhakeem Odegade, MD/CEO of Akmodel Group celebrates the boy child on the International Boys Day.
This day of the Boy is to focus and raise awareness on the importance of health and wellbeing of young boys and also to encourage families to spend time with their son(s), grandsons and young boys who are seen as a son to enjoy participating in doing things they love and create memories.
According to the quote for International boys Day which says; Let us look towards taking definite actions to addressing the neglect of the boy child, Dr. Odegade urges everyone to summon the courage to end the phenomenon of street children by whatever name called.
“Let us protect our boys as much as we protect our girls. Inclusion means every child matters, girl or boy.”
May 16th is International Day of the Boy Child. It was founded in 2018 by Dr. Jerome Teelucksingh, a university lecturer from the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. The theme for 2024 is Focusing on Boys and Their Well-being, their needs to feel happy, healthy, and valued within family and community.

Builder (Dr.) Abdulhakeem Odegade, Managing Director of Akmodel Group and other dignitaries from different walks of life created a great experience at the beautiful event of the 2024 edition of the now very popular reward platform in real estate Real Estate Conferences And Recognition Award (RECRA 2024) which took place on Sunday, May 12th at The Civic Centre in Victoria Island, Lagos.
The event started with an opening prayer and a welcome address by the conveyor, Mr. Wale Abiodun, welcoming everyone to the event which had speakers to thrash the theme of the event: The Influence Of Online Marketing On Real Estate Business.
The Guest Speaker, Dr. Dennis Isong did great justice to the theme while Bldr. (Dr.) Odegade as the second speaker put the icing on the cake.
The event also had other distinguished dignitaries gracing the event such as; Paul Obazele (Brand Ambassador of AKMODEL GROUPS), Favour Benson (Akmodel Media Consultant), Dukiya Investment LTD., Legrande Properties Development Company Ltd., Home Hunt Int’l (a Solar Powered Generating Coy) and other real estate companies just to mention a few.
Bldr. (Dr.) Odegade in his speech, also used the opportunity to wish all mothers and potential mothers a Happy Mothers Day, noting that a mother’s love is and has always been unconditional, and thanking all mothers for their multi-tasking roles not only at home but also in the world at large.
Most of the attendees were also awardees who were honoured in different categories within and outside the real estate sector.
Bldr. (Dr.) Abdulhakeem Odegade was awarded the real estate excellence award as Most Outstanding And Media Friendly Real Estate Company Of The Year.
Dr. Odegade congratulated all the winners, saying “it is always a fulfilling experience to be recognized for your contribution to your chosen line of trade, a well deserved award.”
The event filled with remarkable memories of glitz, glamour and razzmatazz was both educative and entertaining with different side attractions from the Comperes: Mc Kirikiri and Mc Pato, Prince Jerry (an upcoming entertainer) and the DJ too who was dishing out beats after beats to go with it.

Access Bank Advocates For Innovative Financing Models To Realise SDGs
At the 2024 Medic West Africa Event, organised by ABCHealth in collaboration with Informa Markets, Access Bank reaffirmed its dedication to fostering positive transformation in healthcare across Africa.
The event, which served as a platform for stakeholders across industries deliberate on the theme ‘Healthcare Investments in Africa: Mobilizing the Private Sector to Drive Healthcare Investments in Africa,’ aimed to chart a path through which corporates can leverage innovative financing models and strategic partnerships in fostering the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
The discussions also explored strategies for strengthening healthcare infrastructure, leveraging technological advancements, as well as enhancing community health initiatives.
Lending his voice to the conversation, Ralph Opara, Group Head, Commercial Banking Division at Access Bank Plc, stressed that, “The government can’t carry the burden of the health sector alone. Hence, it is imperative that the private sector explores and implements innovative financing models and strategic partnerships to bridge the healthcare investment gap.”
Opara noted that collaborative effort between the public and private sectors is not only crucial but essential to driving innovation, improving healthcare accessibility, and ensuring sustainable development across the continent.
Walking the talk on partnerships, Access Bank partnered with the Private Sector Health Alliance of Nigeria (PSHAN), to launch the Adopt-A-Health Facility Program (ADHFP) with the primary aim of delivering, at least, one global standard Primary Healthcare Centre (PHC) in each of the 774 Local Government Areas (LGAs) in Nigeria. So far, the initiative has resulted into over 180 PHCs adopted across the country.
